Chef Dennis D. Sturtz, a talented chef, who loves food, people and healthy living. In addition to running his own private catering company with wife, Kathy, Dennis is Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager at Shaggy J’s Eatery & Pub located in downtown Pigeon, Michigan. Pigeon is located on the west side of Michigan’s “Thumb” a few minutes drive from Caseville on the Saginaw Bay shore.
